Life on Waters Edge with unique views in St Pauls by 360 Estates

The apartment is spacious, very clean, and well equipped. The washing machine was a big plus, especially for a longer stay. The kitchen has everything you need, and the beds are comfortable. The best part is the amazing view of the bay. The location is excellent – there is a supermarket, a bus stop, and a great restaurant called Simenta just next door. It doesn't look special from the outside, but the food is amazing – I highly recommend it!

The biggest downside was the communication with the property management. I received too many automatic messages on Booking.com and WhatsApp, often asking for the same information more than once. In this case, AI was a bit too enthusiastic. 😄 The walls seem to be quite thin, so you can hear the neighbours. The air conditioning is also quite noisy. Overall, we had a very good stay and I can recommend this apartment. However, I think the price is a little high for what it offers, and you can probably find a similar apartment for less.

Leider ein paar Mängel: kein Stromanschluß im Bad, Haare muss man ohne Spiegel föhnen. Nur je 2 Handtücher p Person für fünf Tage. Nur ein Geschirrtuch. Nur eine grosse Flasche Duschmittel - für alles. Ein paar kaputte Sachen: Tisch Balkon, WC Halter, Mistkübel....
