Es wart ein toller Aufenthalt - vom Check in bis zum Check out. Es war alles sehr unkompliziert. Egal was man gebraucht hat, Moataz war jederzeit erreichbar wenn man etwas benötigt hat. Das Apartment in der Anlage hat eine tolle Lage. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Es ist sehr zu empfehlen

We had a very pleasant stay at this apartment, which is in an excellent location and compound in New Cairo. The apartment offered a nice view. Being inside a secure compound provided great peace of mind, especially with a toddler in tow. Everything we needed was easily accessible: restaurants, a supermarket, and other amenities were all nearby. The host was courteous and hospitable, which made our arrival and stay smooth. He provided the extra crib upon request and kindly supported us in all requests and inquiries. Flexible and smooth check in and check out process which is a big plus. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a well-located, safe, and comfortable place in New Cairo.

While the level of security in the compound is a highly positive feature, guests used to hotel stays might find the entry with the daily one time QR code a bit of a nuisance. The host readily provides two QR codes in advance daily and provides extra upon request. It would be great if the same QR codes could be used throughout the period of our stay. Nonetheless, it's a small trade-off for the safety and quiet environment inside the residential compound.

The apartment is cozy, comfortable, and modern. Its greatest advantage is its excellent location, close to the mall, supermarket, and cafés. The owners are also very friendly, respectful, and helpful. We will definitely book again
