Overall great place to stay

​Accommodation: The 1BHK flat was comfortable and well-suited for a small family of 3-4 members. The bed in the bedroom was spacious enough for two adults and a child. The flat was well-equipped with all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay, including kitchen items like utensils, an induction stove, a kettle, and a refrigerator. The air conditioning in the bedroom was also a plus. ​Amenities & Cleanliness: They provided a welcome dental kit and shampoo, which was a nice touch. We received two complimentary mineral water bottles every day, and a water dispenser and refrigerator with juice bottles were available on the ground floor. The toilet was clean, and providing handwash was appreciated. A washing machine was also available for use. ​Service & Staff: The staff was a major highlight. Padmanabham at the reception was very helpful throughout our stay, attending to our frequent requests. The team of three boys were extremely helpful in carrying our luggage during check-in and check-out and even brought our washed clothes to our room. They provided ample space and good quality clips for drying clothes. The drivers arranged for our temple visits were also courteous and helpful. ​Location & Value: The homestay is a definite recommendation for anyone visiting Tirupati. The location is very convenient for visiting local temples and those in the surrounding areas. The price was very reasonable for a 1BHK in such a busy location. The view from our penthouse flat was amazing, offering a wonderful, divine view of the Tirumala hills.

​Sofa Length & Extra Bedding: The sofa in the living room was not long enough for a person to sleep on comfortably. It would be great if there was an option to get a floor mat, extra pillows, and bedsheets for a fourth person. ​Daily Essentials: It would have been better if bath towels were provided every day instead of just at the beginning of the stay. ​Accessibility: The lift was only available until the 5th floor, which made it difficult for my 70-year-old mother to climb the final flight of stairs to our penthouse flat multiple times a day, especially since Tirupati is a pilgrimage place requiring frequent travel. ​Car Rental Prices: While the homestay helped us get a rental car, the prices were a bit high. However, this is decided by the travel company and not the homestay itself.
