Great host and cleaning staff, very kind and helpful. The property was clean and large enough to accommodate guests. Decent breakfast service (parcel packed and delivered to your room). 20 minutes from Tirupathi railway station. Don't miss the hill view at night.
No lift. Property located in a quiet residential area (which is good), hence will require a cab/auto to move around.

The title says ac Homestay but only rooms had ac
Maybe correct the tag or install ac in living room as well
Because the temperature in Tirupati is quite high
When everything else is good except the ac in living room

Breakfast was below average and room is ok but needs maintenance since there was smell.
Have seen cockroaches in Main room and dust.
