It's inside a gated subdivision, so security-wise it's good.
The subdivision has a swimming pool.
Both rooms have air conditioning.
The house has been renovated.
The house instructions were great; we didn't even have to chat back and forth.
No air conditioning in the living room. (This should be a must; it gets really hot in Davao)
The water coming out from the shower was semlly. But residents of the same subdivision said we should have let it run for a while until the smell of the water goes away.

Everything is clean . I like the cleanliness of the property. Feels like home . Aircon is good upstairs
It’s very small for 5 adults. Do not booked this property if your group of 5 .They only have 4 beds to sleep comfortably. They only have 4 blankets 4 beds but we are charged for 5 adults. Space is very small.
No aircon downstairs it’s very hot. Only bedrooms upstairs have aircon. Can’t sleep downstairs because it’s beside washroom and very hot.
