The owner is very responsive, the property is well-maintained and fully equipped with amenities. The condo is near the market, making it perfect for a family staycation.
The only thing I wasn’t comfortable with—since I’m not used to it—was the sound of airplanes passing by due to the condo’s proximity to the airport. But, this was expected, as we chose the place for its convenient location

Owner very helpful and accommodating. Perfectly situated for Davao City or the Airport. Bed very comfy and amenities as stated. A real home from home. Plenty of room. Would definitely stay again.
All was good. Can't find fault. Swimming pool look inviting just didn't have the time to use it

The place had all the comfort and coziness of a home away from home. The staff were friendly and helpful if needed. The owner was wonderful, constantly in touch to make sure our stay was going well and easily available.

I like the most is that its spacious... clean and everything you need is readily available... And the location is just a couple of walk from the vicinity entrance...
And above all the owner is very approachable and you xan basically text call or message them for any querries you have.
Maybe to the future renter... need tp consider is the parking lot and the pool usage since both are to be shouldered by the renter
And another thing is that airplanes fly up across the building and you will hear the buzzling engine of the planes.
