We absolutely loved Aquaview 604, an exceptional modern well equipped, quiet and comfortable apartment. It’s in a great location within easy walking distance to the beach and downtown Caloundra. The view of the water is totally amazing.
WIFI would have been nice, but for us it wasn’t a deal breaker. The driveway is very steep and activating the roller door can be a bit tricky. The car spaces are not very big, we were unable to get our RAV4 in most of the time because of the tight space and the next door car was parked close to or over the markings, if we did get in it was impossible to get out of the car! We usually left it parked in the visitor space at the bottom of the driveway.

Fantastic view. Close to the heart of Caloundra, can walk everywhere. A very quiet unit with noise blocking windows. Great a/c especially being so hot. Gorgeous pool. Lovely large and clean apartment.
There was no wifi so t.v. channels were generic which was very noticeable when you take it for granted. The sewerage smell from the drains sometimes overtook the apartment. The apartment had many different diffusers to cater the smell.

Exceptionally clean, one of cleanest appartments we stayed in Excellent view, comfortable furniture, kitchen nicely equipped
Only bed wasn’t enough comfortable, but that is individual choice, some people like firm some soft mattress
