Loved the apartment. It was spacious and very clean. Location was great.

The pool is very small, so a bit disappointed as it was part of the reason I choose this property. Although everything else was fantastic.

Beautiful, clean, and quiet, had everything we needed. Lifts were very efficient with no crowds.

We used Booking.com for the first time. This will also be the last time . The name of the resort was complexly different to the one I booked in. The advertisement was for Ocean Breeze Retreat however the name was actually OUTLOOK COLOUNDRA.This was extremely confusing and stressful. We made a mistake in the dates of our booking and wanted to reduce the booking by one day. We tried to contact Booking.com but were not able to as no email was received from them giving a reference that could be used .Thei website does not have a contact email or phone number for changes .However they provided us the details of the property management . I called the property manager and she said this would be ok so I emailed her to confirm the request . We subsequently contacted the property managers about a refund after we had checked out we were told by the property Managment that since we booked with Booking.com we should have contact them if we wanted to make any changes . Since I used my credit card to make this booking I have decided to decided that we will not water our time and dispute the transaction.
