The Saint Clair

The suite itself was amazing! perfect for me, my spouse and our cousin! The location was perfect! Beautiful little town and so much to do in walking distance. Cannot wait to return! Planning on booking a leadership off-site retreat here in the near future!

I cannot think of anything that we did not appreciate and enjoy! The only thing I can think of is there were only 2 coffee pods and 3 of us. No sugar or creamer and I am the only one of the 3 of us that drinks coffee black. However, 2 great coffee shops less than a block away made up for it!

Room size and location

Bathrooms could have cleaner and carpets were not in great condition

Great location in Frankfort. Easy walking distance to great restaurants and bars.

The property was nice and clean and was furnished lovely. The beds were super comfortable.

They gave out no information about our room. I couldn’t get in the front door they didn’t get me the right code. The only code I got was for our room but I didn’t get a room number so we had no idea on what room we were staying in. If the are going to do it u manned then they need to give out more information before arrival. We spoke to other people staying there and they were having the same issue. The place is lovely but it took over 40 minutes before we could even get in the place. And then no room number. I had to ask the lady at the bar for a number to be able to contact them direct so we knew where we were staying.
