Welcome to BOURBON HOLLOW. Where lux comfort meets the bourbon trail. King beds in each of the 3 bedrooms with a different comfort level for for each guest. Smoke a cigar by the firepit after a long day on the bourbon trail or relax and get a jet massage in the brand new BuenoSpa hot tub after a long day at Keeneland.
Come back after a full tour of the Arc Encounter and make a homemade meal in our chef's kitchen. Finally, bust out our popcorn maker and cozy up on the couch with our 75" LG TV.

- HOT TUB: Guests using the hot tub are using it at their own risk. We have a licensed professional come weekly to maintain the hot tub (Sunday or Monday), but please note there are still agents in the water to keep the PH level regulated. It is HIGHLY recommended to shower before and after hot tub use to minimize potential skin irritation. Those with sensitive skin use the hot tub with caution. If you are staying over a Sunday/Monday, you may see our maintenance team briefly servicing our hot tub, but they will NOT enter the house. If you have issue with this, please let me know ahead of time.******ADDITIONALLY - if our hot tub service team needs to drain and replace the water for any reason (excess dirt, spray tanner, glass or food in the water, etc), guests will be charged $250 (maintenance team charge to change the water and clean).
- We provide guests with a "starter pack" of toiletries, laundry, and kitchen supplies, but longer stay guests will need to provide anything in excess.
- There are 2 fire extinguishers on the premises. 1 is underneath the kitchen sink and the other is in the upstairs laundry room.
- Some lights are on timers and will automatically go off at night if they are left on.
- If you are staying on a Monday, please note we have someone to assist and take our trash to the curb. Do not be alarmed if you see someone taking the bin from the side of the house.
- Pullout couch bed supplies should be in the coat closet next to the hallway bath. If they are not there, please contact me and I will send someone from our cleaning team to the house to assist.
- Instructions for the sound machines in the bedrooms are in the nightstand drawer
- There is an Xbox One and 2 controllers in the closet of the guest room across from the laundry. Please note - user may need their own log in to play games

Very nice place that is true to the pictures. We especially appreciated how spacious it was. Large bedrooms and living room. Large dining table that was perfect for playing cards in the evening. It was also very nice that the owner provided coffee and s'mores supplies etc. A nice touch that you don't usually see. We also took advantage of the hot tub and fire pit (with plenty of wood) and both were perfect with party lights around the fire pit which gave it a nice ambiance. We only had one vehicle but there is enough space for three. The house is very close to a grocery store which was nice. It's not super close to the main distillery area but not a long drive and very close to Buffalo Trace and Kentucky Horse Park (Lexington). Overall we were very happy that we stayed here.

This is a beautiful, spotless, and comfortable property. It was exactly as advertised. This was the perfect property for our friends trip to The Bourbon Trail. We enjoyed the fire ring and hot tub each night.

Fantastic new home with everything you need. Easy check in and check out. Comfortable beds, large living area to relax in the evenings. Even a grill and hot tub! Unfortunately, we did not use them but they looked brand new. If you are doing the Bourbon trail this would be a great choice. Plus is the owner, Kyle provides you with some great dinning and activity choices while there We can’t wait to get back.
