Hampton Inn By Hilton St Louis Airport

Was only there for a few hours due to an early flight, so my only response can be for the cleanliness and the check-in experience; these were exceptional

the shuttle service in the morning could not accommodate all that were trying to get to the airport, so would probably say an additional bus should be available for such overflows. I was able to get on the bus, but it was quite full and many of us had to stand; others were left behind. Depending on the flight times, if I had not made the one that I caught, I would have most likely missed my flight, having to wait the 1/2 hour before the next available bus

It was clean and well kept

Was not aware that I could pay for parking which made it kind of expensive

very neat and clean

staff not very friendly didnt interact at all

Location. Buffet was good.

Our room had a bad smell and something on the wall that looked like blood. A homeless man came in and asked them where the bathroom was, then he went and got food off the buffet. Don't mind him eating but he was dirty - pretty sure there were a lot of germs on his hands and he was using all the self-serve spoons that everyone after that had to use. After that he went into the elevator and up to the customer floors. The front desk person was watching this and didn't say anything to him. Felt it was unsafe for him to be on the floor with hotel patrons.
