Non sapevo usare la cucina ma poi tutto perfetto.

The location is absolutely superb, a short walk from the beautiful centre of l'Aquila and the many bars and restaurants in the vicinity. There are also a few mini-markets nearby for groceries etc. The apartment is in a beautiful building, and we had two comfortable double beds. Because of the heat at the time, even the old building could not keep things cool, so the cooling fan was a welcome addition.

There is not a real kitchen, just a sink and a hot plate. I think there is potential to do something more with that space, for example add a nice coffee machine.

La posizione centrale molto comoda per visitare la città . La casa ben arredata . Host disponibile

Scoprire solo all’arrivo che la stanza da letto è completamente senza finestre in quanto ricavata come il resto della casa in uno spazio seminterrato. Dalle foto la casa sembra molto luminosa quando in realtà c’è solo una finestrella al piano terreno . Apprezzabile sicuramente il modo in cui il proprietario ha cercato di rendere accogliente la struttura . Consiglierei al proprietario di evidenziare nell’annuncio questa particolarità perché persone come me che soffrono le strutture chiuse potrebbero non gradire . Per fortuna c’è anche un letto soppalcato vicino alla finestra!!!

location was relatively central. ceilings were pretty. main entrance room was spacious and nice. shower was nice.

parking was challenging. apartment had a smell of mold and of cigarettes. there was a humidifier in the bottom room that made noise all night. kitchen was small and not very practical.
