The location is great - close to the beach and close to Denia town. The apartment was perfect for our needs with the 3 bedrooms. All basics were included and the apartment was clean and tidy.
The air conditioner in the downstairs bedroom leaked, and the balcony awning kept retracting by itself randomly and the awning remote stopped working for a day. We did notify the host of these issues - the communication with the hosts was prompt and easy. They had the air conditioner fixed. The awning remote started working again, so all was good.

El apartamento es muy amplio y muy cómodo. Todo nuevo e impecable, con varias terrazas, aire acondicionado y ventiladores. La urbanización super bien cuidada, con una piscina estupenda y un jacuzzi de lujo. Cerca de todo,para ir andando, a la playa y al centro. Para repetir

Bones vistes, bonic apartament i molt cuidat.
Només l'últim dia, el 4art dia, van aparèixer unes formiguetes en una sola habitació. Sap greu ja que en general estava molt net i cuidat.
