La casa é situata in posizione strategica vicinissima alla seggiovia x gli impianti di risalita. L'appartamento é molto confortevole e pulito, inoltre gode di un terrazzino che si può sfruttare in estate Il proprietario il sig Alessandro é molto gentile.
