昨年に続き2度目の利用です。バス停がすぐそばにあり、部屋も清潔、スタッフの方もとても親切です。 昨年、バスルームに履き物がなかったのですが、今年は用意されており、また洗濯用洗剤も用意されていました。 机の上にはカップ麺もひとつ置いてあり、昨年よりさらにグレードアップしていました。 近くの川では、夜間にミニ噴水ショーも見られました！

If I could rate Forest higher than ten I would. My 16 year old son and I stayed five nights and were greeted at check in by a very friendly and helpful man, Victor, who turned out to be the manager and within the week our friend. He made himself available to us via his personal WhatsApp contact and checked up on us regularly while maintaining our privacy. The property has a community kitchen area, laundry facilities, ramen and rice with a stove and rice cooker, water cooler, and basic cookware. Our beds and pillows were comfortable and the bathroom and living spaces were modern and clean. AC was a lifesaver during the heat wave of August 2026. Personal fridge was nice too! There is a bus stop right outside and a subway entrance for line 2 within a ten minute walk or a short bus ride. Convenient store next door. Great restaurants to choose from in the neighborhood and a traditional market within a couple blocks. No complaints. Excellent value. We will be back next time we’re in Seoul. Thank you Victor, you made our stay memorable by adding a personal touch.

I stayed at this hotel for more than 11 days, and it was one of the most comfortable stays I've ever had while traveling. Let me start with what impressed me the most: the cleanliness here is truly impeccable. Honestly, they clean better than in some premium hotels in Turkey that I've also visited. Every day you can feel that the staff takes care of the place with genuine attention. But the real gem of this property is the manager – Victor. He's not just an administrator, but a true friend to the guests. He has an amazing, brilliant sense of humor – he can lighten the mood with a single joke and make you smile from the very first moment. At the same time, Victor is a very warm-hearted and kind person. He's always ready to help, and he does it instantly – any request, any question is resolved in seconds. He helped me carry my heavy suitcases to the taxi and personally made sure everything was loaded carefully. We became such good friends during my stay that it was almost sad to say goodbye! A special note about languages. I'm Russian, and I was really surprised that Victor can communicate in both Russian and English – not fluently, of course, but well enough to understand each other, share jokes, and discuss any details. It's incredibly nice to be understood without extra gestures. Now about the location. It's simply perfect: the area is very quiet, you sleep without any noise, yet right next to the exit there's a bus stop, and buses run almost every minute. The metro is a 10‑minute walk away, and there are plenty of shops and restaurants to suit every taste. You don't even have to go far from the neighborhood – just turn onto the parallel street, and you'll find lots of great places to eat delicious food. Practical perks: in the hallway there's an iron (you can take it anytime) and even a vacuum cleaner if anyone needs it – very convenient for long stays.

The manager's behavior was nice and room was clean at first. They offered clean 4 towels, additional toiletries and cleaned bedsheet, noodles to eat.

The bed was extremely small. During night it was hard to sleep because of the outside noise caused by the vehicles. There was no curtain for the window.
