アパートの場所や鍵ボックスの場所など、チェックイン前に正確な情報を送ってくれたのでスムーズに入室することができました。キッチン用品も充実しており洗濯機もあったので助かりました。ベッドルームのドアが開かなくなった時にもWhatsAppで連絡したらすぐに駆けつけてくれて本当に助かりました（単純な開け方の問題でしたが、、）。アパートの近くにはスーパーマーケットも複数あり買い物にも便利な場所でした。
洗濯用洗剤も備え付けておいてくれると旅行者には有益です。
