About this apartment rental

Located on the 2nd and top floor of the former Sens town hall, this apartment opens onto a very large living space that reveals the building's historic timber frame. The fully equipped kitchen opens onto the dining area and invites you to enjoy delicious moments with family, friends, or even just a few. The living room with its generous sofas will help you have a relaxing stay. To complete the picture, one bedroom has a queen-size bed (160cm), and the other has bunk beds. The apartment also features a bathroom with a washing machine/dryer and a separate toilet. You can also enjoy the secure communal courtyard equipped with tables and chairs during the season. Located in the heart of Sens but on a quiet street, you will have access to restaurants, shops, monuments, activities, etc., on foot and can leave your car behind during your stay.

We stayed at Le Laurencin for three weeks and we had family who joined us for two of those weeks. Each couple had their own apartment, and it couldn’t have been nicer. The apartments are clean, comfortable, quiet and beautiful. The location can’t be beat - very close to a grocery store, restaurants and cafes and shops. It was perfect for our visit. Beds were very comfortable and the water pressure and showers were great. Would definitely recommend Le Laurencin!
