Bright and spacious second floor 2 bedroom, one bath apartment conveniently located 15 minute walk to downtown, and 5-10 minutes drive to virtually everything else in Anchorage. Bus stop right outside the door for easy public transportation.
The apartment is located across the street from the Anchorage Farmer's Market. 15 minute walk to Anchorage Museum. 5 minute walk to a great playground and a 5 minute drive to both Fred Meyers and Walmart.
The space
Dine in your own bay window filled with sunlight. Spacious kitchen perfect for cooking and comes fully equipped with all recently replaced appliances, all you need to cook a nice meal at home.
Two spacious bedrooms, one with a King bed the other with a Queen, with new deep memory foam mattresses for an extra restful night's sleep. Large closets with plenty of room for all your belongings. If you need more space, an additional storage unit is included with the apartment.
Dining table to comfortably seats 4 people. Living room with plush couch, coffee table, and TV with chrome cast.
Large corner fireplace (not for use) makes the living room look elegant and inviting. Full bath with bathtub.
Coin operated washer and dryer in building.
Dedicated off street parking spot.
Smart keypad intercom with easy front door access for guests and deliveries as well as a smart lock system for the apartment.

This place was extremely clean and very well cared for. Only hiccup was VRBO and property manager got unit number mixed up and we ended up trying to get into an occupied unit. Again, very nice inside and secure.
