Discover this modern 2-bedroom gem in Ocean City. This 7th floor condo features a king bed, bunk beds, and 2 twin bed, perfect for a family. Enjoy the board games, books, and a game system in your place. Relax in the living room and stay connected with WiFi and enjoy the views of the bay and ocean from your private balcony. Plus, take advantage of the outdoor pool with large sun deck and direct beach access. The condo also comes with a beach cart, chairs, umbrella, and beach toys. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.

9400 condominiums are a popular oceanfront building located at 94th Street and Coastal Highway. It’s convenient to restaurants, bars, shopping, public tennis courts and more!

Nice property, nice view of sunset. Can only see ocean from balcony (it's in the picture, this shouldn't be a surprise). Location is nice, playground and supermarket across the street. Lots of restaurants close by. We enjoyed our stay in the unit.

The location is perfect and the the room itself was nicer than we anticipated. The property owner was a pleasure to work with and got back to us very quickly with any questions. We will be returning next summer.
