This one bedroom duplex apartment is located in downtown Manhattan, New York on the border of Chelsea and Greenwich Village. It is on the 4th and 5th floors of a walk-up building with a security system and, additionally, has access to a private roof deck.
The kitchen has been completely remodeled with high end appliances, dishwasher, washer Dryer Combo and state of the art cooking and oven.
The lower level of the apartment includes the living room, bathroom and kitchen.
The living room is up about 3 steps from the entry area. The living room is furnished with designer chairs, one twin sized day beds that convert to sofas, an extendable dining table that fits 8, a flat panel TV with High speed internet and lots of modern artwork. The living room includes a desk, printer and air conditioning.
The bedroom is about 150 square feet and contains a queen-sized bed. It has a large storage unit with shelving and a metal alarm clock. Lighting is provided by a floor lamp and ceiling fan. There is a large sliding door, which accesses the roof deck. There is air conditioning in the bedroom as well.
The roof terrace is spacious and in the summer includes sofa and table. It is exposed to the north and offers glimpses of the skyline. The living room overlooks 14th Street, giving views of both the city scape and the street below.
