About this house rental
Our newly built house is situated in a quiet, idyllic location in the center of Oberzollhaus.
There are many recreational opportunities in both summer and winter.
A walk along the nearby high-altitude trail reveals a panoramic view of the Allgäu mountains.
Hiking and biking trails start right outside the front door.
In winter, there are numerous, well-groomed cross-country ski trails in the municipality.
The Alpspitze in Nesselwang is perfect for skiing and snowboarding.
The Tannheimer Valley and the royal castles in Füssen are just a few kilometers away.

Relax in the spacious garden area with a patio umbrella, patio furniture, and lounge chairs, and visit the natural stream. A hot tub on the terrace is available during the summer months (June–September).
The house also features 3 smart TVs distributed throughout the living and bedroom areas.
Wellness at the Alpenchalet Allgäu in our outdoor Finnish sauna: Treat yourself to a relaxing experience in our sauna cabin year-round.
Direct, private access from the outdoor sauna to the bathroom and its sensory rain shower.
On-site charges: Payment by bank transfer before arrival. Cancellations up to 60 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations between 60 and 30 days before arrival will be charged at 50% of the total cost; cancellations within 30 days of arrival will be charged at 100% of the total cost. The provisions described in the Terms and Conditions apply. Keys will be handed over in person on-site or via a key safe.Pets are not allowed. Crib/high chair: available. Meal options: not available
