About this villa rental
With a stunning mountain back drop, located in a small, peaceful hamlet, Casa Lisa will provide you with all you need for a relaxing holiday. A leisurely walk through olive and citrus groves leads you to the next hamlet with its small local bar and provisions shop. There are plenty of opportunities to take in the spectacular views of the area by just walking for a few minutes towards the mountains.
A car is essential while staying here. A large, secure driveway -with pretty plants and an amazing ancient olive tree - provides ample space for any size of vehicle. The last 75 metres approaching Casa Lisa is easily accessed along a country track. Just a short drive to the village of Arboleas, which offers a weekly market and a small selection of restaurants and shops. The larger town of Albox, only 12 minutes by car, will provide you with a wider selection of shops, restaurants and other amenities, typical of a Spanish town.
The property offers a large, walled and gated garden with an extremely private pool area. The roman steps lead into a 10metres x 5metres pool that was fully renovated in 2024. The covered outdoor dining area, with its table for 6, benefits, not only from the view of the glorious pool, but also the mountains beyond.
Comfortable loungers allow you to relax while enjoying the all day sunshine and tranquillity of the area. The villa is fully equipped to provide you with a home from home experience. The rooms are fitted with aircon and ceiling fans. This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom property also offers free WiFi and a wide range of television channel choices. There is a barbeque for your outdoor cooking.
A selection of beaches, including the popular Mojacar and Vera, with their vibrant bars, are a 40 minute drive away. The Desert Springs Golf Resort is a similar distance.
Almeria and Murcia airports are less than 90 minutes by road.

Having been to Arboleas and the surrounding areas before we couldn't wait for our 2 weeks at David and Lisa's. As the villa is a little off track, we were greeted at the main road by Karen who guided us to the villa. On arrival we were pleasantly surprised to find a large and pretty drive area on the outside of the villa. On exiting the air conditioned car, the heat hit us hard, roughly 44 degrees! But this is August in Spain.. Karen was very helpful in showing us around the villa and was available throughout the stay for any questions or problems. On the inside, the villa has 3 good size bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, dining/living room and a large well equipped kitchen.On the outside, a large garden with large pool, covered table and chairs area, open table and chairs, washing line, bbq and plenty of sunbeds.The villa is well contained by the surrounding trees and bushes for privacy but also boasts views of the nearby mountains.We were very pleased with how quiet and peaceful this place is day and night (apart from the resident donkey making themselves known now and then lol)It is only a short drive to Arboleas, La Alfoquia, Zurgena and Albox, all offering supermarkets, shops and restaurants.We would be more than happy to book again in the future for another fantastic holiday.Many thanks David and Lisa!John, Laura, Cheryl and Tim x

Villa was lovely and the area was exactly what we were looking for, nice and quiet but not too far away from bars and restaurants and the supermarket.
