KITCHEN – Fully equipped kitchen with updated appliances and ample counter space. It’s fully stocked with basic cooking utensils, pots, pans, spices, and oil.

The following items and behaviors are STRICTLY PROHIBITED on the property:
- Pets of any kind.
- All tobacco, smoking, illegal drugs, and controlled substances.
- Excessive alcohol usage, and any alcohol consumption by a minor under 21.
- Intoxication from any substance.
- Fires of any kind, including candles, incense, and outdoor campfires.
- Fireworks of any kind.
- Excessive Noise. This property is equipped with noise sensors. All noise must be
kept to a level respectful of the neighbors. After 9:00pm noise should not be able
to be heard outside the house. Lake Limerick Country Club (HOA) assesses fines for
noise and nuisance violations.
