The house is located in a quiet, slightly elevated place with wonderful views of the sea and Campus beach. The house has a large terrace with a barbecue and fireplace, a garden with chairs and beach chairs, and a veranda. The villa has been recently renovated. Nearby (5 min walking) there are a beach, a bar, a tobacco shop, a supermarket, and restaurants. The village centre of Villasimius is 3 km away, reachable by car in few minutes.

Charming house with stunning views of the bay. Local beach was very clean and quiet considering we were in high season. Villasimius town is less than 10 minutes by car with all sorts of restaurants bars souvenir shops etc (really nice and lively ambience at night) within 20 minutes drive there are several fantastic beaches with Crystal clear turquoise water.
Sandra the owner was a pleasure to deal with and so was Salvatore he was ever so helpful. Lovely Italian neighbours too!!
