    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a wonderful stay at Royal Shangrila Resort. The location is beautiful and peaceful, surrounded by amazing mountain views and nature. The rooms were comfortable and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was perfect for a relaxing family stay. The staff was extremely cooperative, polite, and welcoming, and they made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The service was good and the overall experience was excellent. A great place for families looking for a peaceful stay away from the crowded areas. Really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend Royal Shangrila Resort to others. Would love to stay here again!

    Royal Shangrila Hotel Balakot is an excellent place to stay. The rooms are neat, clean, and comfortable, and the bathrooms are also very clean and well maintained. The staff is extremely cooperative, friendly, and always ready to help. It is a great hotel for families. The owner, Mr. Daniyal, is very kind, welcoming, and cooperative, making the stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Balakot.

    Balakot has Hot weather and need AC in room. We only select that hotel that he has swimming pool and Free break Fast. But when we arrived than swimming pool has closed in 2025 and no working. It showing only in Pictures. No Breakfast service. If swimming pool closed than they should remove the picture from profile. We pay 2000 Rs extra other than the agoda price. No FREE breakfast. Pay Extra Charges No Pool No FREE Break fast than why live here. Why not stay in Kewai/Paras etc.

    Pictures on booking apps are very attractive, but reality is in contrast to it. Pool shown is only for pictures, i found it without water and some mud. River is about 10 minutes walk away, but in a very dirty stinking area so you can't access river side. Rooms furnishing is not very obsolete but its extremely dirty. Dirt (jaalay) on the wall in the room and stained tea cups provided for tea are shown in picture. There's no TV in the rooms. Booking options show breakfast included but the hotel management doesn't accept that, unless you complain to their higher management. You'll have no desire to eat, after watching the hygienic condition of the dining hall, full of flies. Food quality was very low. I'm surprised how they are managing such high ratings on booking website.
