This fully renovated 1950s brick home exudes charm and comfort, featuring spacious rooms and large picture windows in the lounge and Bedroom 1, framing views of the shady, private front garden and glimpses of the ocean.
A beautiful, shaded front yard with a towering tree and lush lawn areas in both the front and back provide ample space for kids and pets to roam freely. The fully fenced yard includes a grassed area, and even a cozy pet bed to make furry family members feel at home. Off street parking for 3 cars offering 2 separate driveways, ensures plenty of space for guests.
Indoors, the living area offers a cozy and inviting atmosphere with a big screen TV, Netflix, board games, and books, while ceiling fans and a split system provide year-round comfort. Bedrooms come equipped with ceiling fans and portable oil heaters for cooler nights, ensuring everyone’s comfort.
The heart of the home is a spacious and well-equipped kitchen with modern conveniences like a Smeg coffee machine microwave, dishwasher, blender, and specialty appliances including a waffle maker and coffee grinder. Our standard rate is for 2 guests only. Please note that an additional fee will apply $30 per person per night in excess of 2 guests.
Note: If an extra guest after 2 is staying for 1 night only, it's $60 for 1 night.

Great stay! This was the second time we stayed here and it was just as wonderful as the first time. This place has everything you could need, it's in such a great location, and we all had a lovely time.

A beautifully furnished home. The owners have thought of everything to make the stay comfortable. We would have made better use of the backyard if the weather was warmer. Appreciated the oil heaters and electric blankets available to use. Walking distance to the Main Street, beach and the shops. We had a lovely stay.

The property was as advertised and was beautifully presented. Quiet and comfortable with an excellent backyard that was perfect for our dog. We were pleasantly surprised and will look forward to coming back again, this time for a longer duration.

We had such a great stay here - the location is perfect, the house had everything you could need, the backyard was big enough for our dogs to run around, and we had the best time. Would definitely stay here again!
