Located just one street from the beach and a short walk into the attractions of central Victor, this beautifully renovated single-story 60’s style home is perfectly located for year-round holidays. Walk to Granite Island, the Whale Centre, the cafes and pubs in Victor, the shops in Ocean Street, events in Warland Reserve or just head to the sheltered sandy beach of Victor Harbor. The dog park is just 5 minutes walk.

The property has a large private rear yard with shady trees and a leafy sheltered garden. It has 3 bedrooms and an open-plan layout with sunny north-facing bedrooms and a living area. The front and rear undercover outdoor areas provide shade and wind protection when required or an opportunity to chase the sun all year round. The house has a relaxed coastal vibe to it which will make for a wonderful beach holiday.

The kitchen has been fully renovated and features all mod cons including a dishwasher, coffee machine and microwave. There is one bathroom (with shower and bath) and a separate toilet. There is a separate laundry with a washing machine.

There is fast NBN WiFi, a big-screen TV and the added bonus of Netflix. Year-round comfort is provided by reverse-cycle air conditioning (heating and cooling).

Every Pet Let stay includes the Perks Pack: an exclusive bundle of discount offers at local businesses worth up to $230. From spa sessions to dining and local activities, it’s extra value built in so you can get the most out of your holiday budget.

The property sleeps 6 people and the bedroom configuration is as:
• Main Bedroom – 1 Queen size bed
• Second bedroom – 2 single beds
• Third Bedroom – 1 Queen size bed

Bath towels, mats, hand towels and tea towels are all supplied. You may wish to bring some extras. All bed linen is provided.

Extra Guest Charge:
Our standard rate is for 2 guests only. Please note that an additional fee will apply $30 per person per night in excess of 2 guests.

Note: If an extra guest after 2 is staying for 1 night only, it's $60 for 1 night.

You have booked the property for a certain number of people (as specified on your booking). If you would like to have extra guests stay at any time, please contact us in advance. We will advise if this is possible and, if so, the additional cost.

Our cleaners plan their daily schedule for the number of guests booked in at each property. If undeclared guests stay, the rate charged retrospectively will be double the standard rate.

Pets
The property welcomes well-behaved pets indoors. There is a fully enclosed rear garden for pets to enjoy. It is grassed and has plenty of shade for warm days. The secure fencing is approximately 1.5M high and the gate is 1.2M.

We had a lovely stay for two weeks our only complaint was it was alittle cold at night with just one split system.

Location was quite good. It was my mistake for booking a pet friendly place. However would not recommend if you have small children that go on the floor. Within an hour of being there, there was dog hair coming out of the furniture and floor rugs. We ended up leaving a day early because of this. Probably a great place if it is just adults and animals.
