We were visiting the Westcountry Wildlife photography and could not have been nearer. It was very convenient indeed. The beds were comfy and we had everything we needed.
We didn't really like all the steps. Our dog found them very slippy and fell down them a couple of times. I also found them quite awkward as I have a bad back. We had issues on arrival day trying to find out about key collection. Booking.com said the owner would contact us about collecting keys but we heard nothing. We contacted the agent and they told us to phone direct but the number given was unavailable all day and although we told the agent this several times the only help we got from them was to tell us repeatedly to phone the number which was not working. Not the owners fault this it was the agent. When we got there we had no problem getting in.
