Well-located apartment that more than meets the needs of four people for a week. Situated just a few minutes’ walk from the ski slope. Basic but sufficient inventory. Excellent parking facilities directly next to the apartment. Supermarket around the corner. Adequate wifi. No noise disturbance from other apartments. Friendly staff/owner.

The sunny balcony is somewhat small for four people (though manageable). Some maintenance is needed.

Wir hatten ein wunderschönes Apartment mit zwei Schlafzimmern und einer top ausgestatteten Küche. Vom Balkon aus gab es eine bezaubernde Aussicht auf die Berge. Die Lage ist hervorragend – mitten in Königsleiten, die Ski-Talstation erreicht man zu Fuß. Nochmals vielen Dank an die nette, gastfreundliche und aufmerksame Gastgeberin! Ich empfehle das Apartment sehr gerne weiter und komme bestimmt wieder. Ein Tipp an andere Gäste: Das beste Restaurant mit dem besten Koch in Königsleiten gehört derselben Familie und befindet sich direkt nebenan.

Nichts, alles war super.

This is a very cosy family apartment. We only stayed for one night on our way somewhere else, but we can imagine renting it for the whole holiday. Everything was neat and clean and there was everything we needed. We especially appreciated the separate toilet. The surroundings are beautiful and we loved the never ending melody of the cowbells. We took a bit longer to check out (sorry again), had to search for the owner, but she was very friendly and understanding. We would absolutely recommend this accommodation. Perfect for families. Note: We couldn't find the entrance to the accommodation and the parking space, but it's rather our fault. Here it is on our first photo.
