Good location, well equipped, and exceptionally comfortable beds.
Needs a couple of things added to make it perfect - An outside light would be good when coming home in the dark and an additional sofa if more than 2 quests.

4 bedrooms with queen beds very suitable for group of adult friends.
Quiet location, easy walk to shops and restaurants, harbour and beach and comfortable walk to north Head .
Only 1 bathroom with no separate toilet could be an issue for some, we managed ok as only 4 of us.

Great location. Walking distance to shops, beaches, wharf. The kitchen had most things we needed and the beds were comfy.
The apartment had 4 bedrooms to sleep 8 people yet there was only a very uncomfortable 2 and a half seater couch with nowhere else to sit, except for 1 stool.
The dining table only seated 6 people.
There was nowhere outside to dry wet clothes and towels. We had a couple of days of rain.
There were no local TV stations for news or sport.
