This 1st floor 3 bedroom apartment is located 50 metres from Manly Beach and 5 minutes walk to the Corso with all of its fabulous restaurants and cafes. You will be literally seconds to Manly Lifesaving Club where the daily swim from Manly to Shelly Beach and back starts. It is also the safest place to swim at Manly Beach between the flags! For your morning coffee ( or breakfast, lunch and dinner) head to Manly Wine which is around the corner. If you walk straight up Ashburner Street you'll find yourself at the harbour with its crystal clear calm waters and iconic Manly Wharf. The property itself has a large balcony, quiet street, ocean outlook and off street parking.

Home Truths

• Please note the AC is only in the master bedroom and lounge room not in the second and third bedroom. Pedestal fans are provided in other bedrooms.

• Ashburner Street is a one way street. Access the property from .

• Amazing location and homely interiors, but the kitchen is a bit tired.

• The apartment shares a common stairwell and internal garage access with the other apartment. It is not a secure stairwell.

• Comfortable interior which is why we have given the property 3 star rating.  Its a solid, functional property in a great location, but not a luxury / 5 star experience.

• The ensuite bathroom connected to the master bedroom is average size.

Wonderful place with great location. We enjoyed the place and it was withing walking distance to the beach and wharf. The bathroom in the main bedroom is really small. I asked about this from the pictures and was told is was average size. It isn't even close.

Great location. 5 minute walk to beach and Corso. 10 minutes to wharf. Easy access to Ferry and trains. Condo was spacious and clean, beds comfortable. Would recommend a larger sink in master bath. Kitchen cabinets need replacing, they are in bad shape. Also residents next door were very vocal about us being quiet. Quiet time is 9:30 and she opened her window at 8:30 to announce she had a baby sleeping and for us to be quiet. My daughter seen a spider and squealed loudly and it upset the neighbor. One more suggestion is to put a permanent light in the dark stairwell leading to garage. It’s on a short timer and we almost fell down the stairs. Other than that a few upgrades and this is a great condo with a great location.
