Very clean, nice welcome tray. Easy to access although we never met any staff face to face, Kevin kept in touch via WhatsApp to ensure we had everything we needed.
The only possible criticisms “no milk” that was my travel companion feedback, I don’t use it so not a real issue and there is a shop a very short walk away. The location was a bit out the way of the main tourist attractions, however the metro a 5 minute walk away so not an issue for us.

Clean and in an interesting neighborhood. Coffee (with real cups) and treats were appreciated.
It was far from all the sites, which I should have realized when I booked it.
