We had to exchange one of the inflatable mattresses and Avantstay was incredibly fast at responding and providing a new mattress within hours. We really appreciated that! The house was very clean and we had everything we needed for 8 of us (towels, bedsheets etc).

When we arrived for check in (right around 4PM, which was the check-in time), the house was still being cleaned. However, the lady apologized (she had not been informed that there were guests back to back) and was done within another 20-30 min.
