Residence situato in posizione strategica a Miami South Beach, vicino alla spiaggia, ristoranti, negozi e fermata bus per aeroporto e quartieri di Miami. Monolocale ampio, dotato di angolo cottura, grande frigorifero, forno microonde e tavolo con sedie. Arredamento molto usurato. La pulizia veniva effettuata tutti i giorni su richiesta. A disposizione teli da bagno e ombrellone per la spiaggia, da richiedere alla reception. Receptionist molto gentile e disponibile. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo.
Rinnoverei l'arredamento, molto usurato dal tempo e cambierei i materassi, che erano deformati, sprofondati e privi di sostegno. Inoltre, migliorerei la pulizia, sia del monolocale che del corridoio e dell'ingresso. Attenzione! Se arrivate o partite di martedì o mercoledì, dovete sapere che la reception è chiusa in questi giorni e pertanto non è possibile usufruire del deposito bagagli del residence.
