We appreciated the kind response from the property owners when we found out Booking.com misadvertised the description of our property as "oceanfront" when it was actually "oceanside". They were very accommodating. We loved how short the walk to the beach was.
We did not appreciate that Booking.com advertised a specific unit number and claimed that the unit was "oceanfront" when in fact, the property was oceanside. There was a price difference for the property type and this was not fair of Booking.com to falsely advertise.
