A magical experience

We found the village very clean. Our caravan was privately owned and any question we had, was promptly answered via an email. We travel quite often and stay in lots of places. I must admit, this is the first place when everything was perfect and beyond our expectations. First of all, it was very clean: shiny windows, mirrors. The oven, microwave, toster, kettle- all polished. Cupboards filled with everything we needed for cooking and meal preparations, even varieties of salad bowls and a cupcake baking tray. The sofa was very clean, with no single stain on it. We enjoyed tastefully decorated interiors with modern furniture. Everything looked brand new including the duvets. Bedding smelt of washing powder and I wasn't worried when my children were happily crawling under all beds, playing hide and seek. There was a table with chairs outside + BBQ. We loved being visited by ducks. The neighbours were considerate. No noise or parties. This place felt like home, we stayed there 5 nights.

Couldn't recommend it highly enough!

We loved it! The perfect base for our hiking and outdoor activities. Everything we needed was there, it was lovely and clean and the information provided prior to our visit was very comprehensive and helpful. If back in the area again we will definitely rebook!

Good little getaway

Love the caravan 2nd time we have stayed there both times been clean staff where friendly great bar area good service swimming pool nice and warm love the holiday will definitely use next year

The check in didn't go to well as did say I would be there 1900/2000 so couldn't bye the passes Sunday night which ment we wasn't let in the bar area (saved us at least 150) burger king is very slow think they need more help .. pool swimming time could be bit longer sessions passes are very expensive for what use you get out of them .

An absolutely wonderful, home-from-home place!

Spotlessly clean. Absolutely everything I could have needed. Incredibly comfortable bed. Fantastic shower. Warm and cosy. Peaceful and quiet. Wonderful, friendly and communicative hosts. Didn't want to leave! Will definitely be back when next in the area!

There was nothing I didn't like about this place. A heads up there is no internet facility but understandable given the accommodation and not a problem at all as there's good reception so just connected up to my mobile hotspot as I was travelling for work so just needed to be connected.

A brilliant break away from it all!

The caravan was great. My girls (9&12) were really excited about having their own room. Paul gave really clear instructions getting to the caravan, and getting into it! It was beautifully clean and fresh, with everything you would need. Great shower, cooker, heating etc. I checked with Paul about a couple of things that weren't mentioned in the listing and he promptly came back to me with the answers. There was a lovely welcome pack with really helpful info about supermarkets and attractions.

The only thing missing was information about the local area ie how to access the local beach, where's good to walk (inland and coastal), country parks, local festivals, markets etc.

Exactly What We Needed

Exactly as advertised & with excellent communication & service. Despite the bad behaviour & damage of the previous guest every effort was made to rectify this and notify us of what had happened.

It was great to have tea & coffee etc. but salt, pepper & cooking oil wouldn't have gone amiss.
