Spacious 2 bedroom apartment tastefully decorated, with a well equiped kitchen to prepare basic meals if needed. Good location close to the esplanade, pubs, cafés and restaurants, thankfully very quiet in spite of the construction work happening inside and outside (the owners had warned it was the case) Entry with 2 codes, detailed explanations about how to get in very useful. Elevator to the 5th floor, with long corridors. View from the living room on a carpark... with the ocean behind. The bedroom with the bunkbeds is large and luminous, and the beds comfortable.

The pavement ouside the building was filthy with household rubbish, quite offputting to start with (not the owner's fault, but it made entering the front of the building quite offputting. The double room is windowless and quite tight. Bathroom needs attention: fan not working, shower base not sealed along the floor, grouting on the wall unfinished. Skirting boards need cleaning. 2 plugs along the wall of the sitting room (beside the table and behing the black armchair) not working at the time of our stay.

Idéalement placé dans Halifax, à deux pas du front de mer. Appartement très propre et très bien équipé.

Les travaux du hall d’entrée ne sont pas très accueillant, mais nous n’avons pas été dérangé ni gêné.
