The apartment is in an excellent location right in downtown Halifax, within walking distance of the waterfront, restaurants, and many attractions. Having a private underground parking space was a huge advantage. Although the description says the parking space is tight, we found it quite manageable. If you simply turn the car around before entering the garage and reverse into the space, parking is actually very easy. The building is clean and well maintained, with two fast elevators. The apartment itself is spotless, modern, spacious, and spread over two levels, making it feel much larger than a standard apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped, there is an excellent refrigerator, complimentary coffee was provided, and everything we needed for a comfortable stay was available. The rooftop terrace is a nice bonus, offering a pleasant place to sit and relax. Communication with the host was excellent throughout our stay. Although we never met in person, all questions were answered quickly and clearly. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Halifax. We would definitely book it again.

Our only minor suggestion would be to provide proper bedding for the sofa bed. We stayed as three guests and had requested to use it, but suitable bed linen was missing. We managed by improvising ourselves, so it did not significantly affect our stay, but having the bedding readily available would make the apartment even better for future guests.
