La ubicación,las habitaciones son grandes y el trato con el inquilino
Las manivelas del baño y habitación estaban rotas ,no tiene sala de estar la ducha muy pequeña,les falta algunos accesorios en la cocina

La posizione. Disponibilità dell’host. Presenza di phon, lavatrice, stendino, asse e ferro da stiro. Presenza del portiere dello stabile.
Ci sono diverse cose da migliorare: 1) il bagno piccolo con servizi da rivedere, il water non scaricava bene; 2) le porte delle stanze vecchie e non si chiudevano bene; 3) condizionatori funzionanti ma con perdite, per cui c’era un secchio da svuotare ogni volta; 4) porta di ingresso malandata, difettosa e poco sicura.
