Casa molto bella e nuova, completa di tutto, cucina attrezzata, macchina del caffè compresa! Giardino molto godibile e curato. Due bagni e 3 camere da letto offrono privacy a tutti se si è in tanti.
La casa si trova a piano terra di una palazzina in un complesso residenziale, sopra ci sono appartamenti e questo limita in parte l'utilizzo del giardino soprattutto la sera. Scarsa illuminazione in giardino. Griglia presente ma non utilizzabile, un peccato! Accesso al complesso residenziale un po' complicato, ingresso parcheggio da altro accesso rispetto alla casa.
