Good for short stays close to the fair, furniture could be updated.

Good Location, close to Expo Paris, quiet, quick warm water supply, two bathrooms and the equipment in general is good. easy key handover, Kind hosts.

The floor hasn't been mopped for a long time, the heater in the sleeping room did not work, quite cold. Old and very worn carpet in one of the sleeping rooms. Condition of some furniture is definitely not good anymore. No bad feelings but if you charge more during fairs, please commit to a certain standard of comfort. Thank you.

Great location and size!

Generously sized flat in a safe, quiet neighbourhood. Just a 5-minute walk to the metro, making it easy to explore Paris. There are also plenty of dining options and grocery stores nearby, which made things really convenient.

Just a heads-up: the second bedroom with the two single beds isn’t fully closed off — you have to walk through it to get to the main bedroom. It didn’t bother us at all since we were travelling with our young children, but it could be less ideal if you’re travelling with friends and hoping for a bit more privacy.

We really missed having a kitchen towel or paper towels for drying hands in the kitchen. There was no hand soap available in the bathroom. The pillows in the bedroom were in terrible condition, and we also had someone knock on our door - perhaps a neighbor made a mistake, but it felt uncomfortable. We never used a zero floor. Doors and some wall surfaces could benefit from a more thorough cleaning. Please check the pillows in the back bedroom - one seemed to have dried blood on it, and the pillowcase was too large for the pillow. The air in the rooms was quite stuffy, and we really missed having an air conditioner or some kind of ventilation.

Not good

The house had no proper windows in any of the rooms, and the entrance door to the outside was made of glass, poorly covered with a curtain. There was no natural light or ventilation, and the place felt dark and uncomfortable. One of the bed sheets had blood stains, which was extremely unhygienic. There were spider webs throughout the house, showing a lack of cleanliness. The pillows were in terrible condition — flat, uncomfortable, and clearly old. It was very difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Also, the layout was misleading – it was not a real two-bedroom home, as you had to walk through one bedroom to access the other, so there was no privacy. On top of that, a neighbor knocked on our door in the morning, complaining about noise — even though we had been completely quiet. This made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Overall, I was very disappointed and would not recommend this property.

Not so ideal in cold winter and group of friends. Maybe better in summer.

Two toilets In total big space -1 floor tv area was cool ( but also cold )

It was really cold. The apartment was in the first floor maybe that’s why the heater cannot keep the place warm. Sound proofing was really bad we could hear everything from upstairs. Thin walls maybe also bad for heating. We hangout in the basement already and next day still got a noise complaint….

Gute Lage, schöne Wohnung!!

Die Wohnung in Paris hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Aufteilung ist großzügig, besonders der Wohn- und Essbereich sowie das gemütliche Wohnzimmer im Souterrain. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, und wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Sehr gute Kommunikation rund um die Wohnung.

Es passte eigentlich alles - ein wenig mehr Besteck wäre wünschenswert.

Сначала был только 1 рулон туалетной бумаги на 2 туалета, не хватало полотенец, губки и мыла для мытья посуды. Всё потом принесли. Я бы положил коврик у душа или давал для этого специальное полотенце.

Un Super Séjour pour faire découvrir Paris à des amis/collègues espagnol, anglais et allemand

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt bei Camille. Er war echt hilfsbereit und total nett. Er hat auf alle unsere Fragen geantwortet und sich immer bemüht, dass wir uns wohlfühlen. Am letzten Tag mussten meine Kollegin und ich unsere Sachen etwas länger in der Flat lassen, und nachdem wir mit ihm über seinen Terminkalender gesprochen hatten, hat er uns diese Verlängerung ohne Probleme gewährt. Es ist echt angenehm, mit Gastgebern zu tun zu haben, die sich um das Wohl ihrer Gäste kümmern und so flexibel sind. Die Unterkunft war makellos sauber (und ich bin ziemlich schwierige). Wir haben alles gefunden, was wir für den Start unseres Aufenthalts brauchten. Es gab keine Außengeräusche (ruhige Straße) und es war super geräumig (wir konnten morgens Homeoffice machen, wir waren vier Erwachsene). Alle notwendigen Geschäfte waren in unmittelbarer Nähe, ebenso wie die U-Bahn. Wir hatten leider keine Gelegenheit, ihn kennenzulernen, aber das holen wir beim nächsten Mal sicher nach.
