Great location one street back from the esplanade and easy access to local cafes and restaurants. Clean and tidy with secure backyard for dogs and plenty of secure off street parking for the toys.
Very basic old fashioned property with insufficient outdoor tables for the six people staying there. A couple of maintenance issues - broken windows in toilet and main bathroom with no blinds/curtains for privacy (backs onto two storey units).
