We stayed at this property on two occasions within a two week period. The property is on Redhill High Street so very convenient to the shops and the station. Access to the block of flats is by a key code and then the flat itself is in the basement behind two heavy doors. The windows are high up and look out onto an adjacent car park (though not one we could use). The bedrooms and living room were fairly comfortable and the shower worked, though the bath was narrow and the temperature control on the first stay was not adjusted properly - it was fixed by the second stay. There was almost no storage or flat surfaces in the bathroom. The kitchen had plenty of crockery but not much cutlery and only two very large pans and one small one which made cooking tricky. There is no dishwasher but a rack to drain things. The wifi and TV worked well. It was fairly quiet, though there was often a low-level hum in the background, presumably from some machinery in the building. On the first stay, there was construction noise some of the time which was annoying. Communication with the agent was good and Luke answered our questions and made things happen promptly.
The main issue was parking. The agent provides free parking tickets at the Belfry centre car park which is fine if you don't have much luggage as it is perhaps 400m walk from the front entrance including getting through the shopping centre. Car parking is on floors 1-3 of the centre which involves getting the lift. Again fine so long as they are both working which they were some of the time. However, we had a lot of luggage and kitchen supplies and didn't know all this when we first arrived so we parked in the centre and started ferrying our belongings. It took 5 return trips - not fun after what had been a long day. Later, we realised there were two other options. It was possible to unload the car on the double yellow lines outside the front entrance, though this wasn't great as it blocked the traffic. A better option was to stop in the car park behind the property and enter through the back door. It would have made for a much more pleasant experience if the agent had provided all this information before we arrived! A second issue at the end of the second stay was the drain in the kitchen which on the second stay started to smell quite badly by the time we left. It was insidious and we didn't realise what was going on until we started getting headaches. The property seems expensive at >£200 per night. In the same two week period we also stayed at a luxurious 6 person property in Kent for less. I guess we were paying for the location.

The fridge and other kitchen elements were remarkable - for a long stay they would be very useful. Everything extremely clean and spacious. Beds were great
Hard to provide but access into the tub/shower too high for paraplegic who can walk with canes but not such a high step
