We stayed for a few nights while we had contractors working on our house and used the property primarily as a place to relax at the end of the day and sleep. For that purpose it was great as it is very convenient for the bus and train stations while in a very quiet road with no traffic noise. The property was warm and comfortable with a decent sized table to eat at and a comfortable sofa. The bed was quite comfortable
There was no contact phone number provided for any urgent issues and comms through booking.com messaging was rather slow. There were no bowls or other containers suitable for microwaving vegetables and just two cooking pans. The bedside lights had cool white bulbs which wasn't relaxing - warm white would have been much more pleasant.

Convenient location for visiting family in Surrey. Very close to Redhill station which made getting into London very easy
The kettle was full of limescale and needs to be descaled. Crumbs were left under the toaster.

My only issue was it was a basement flat and not ground floor as stated, so not easy to take suitcase up and down the stairs.
