The proximity to the beach and the view from the balcony of the beach.
The parking was very bad. We had to park very far on one day there due to no parking spaces available.
They living room and dining room furniture was not comfortable and was dirty/stained. The sofa was in really bad shape and we didn’t have much to sit on while in the apartment. The sofa you could feel the metal brackets or railings. I’m assuming that was a pull out bed.
The apartment needs updating/maintenance. The bathroom towel bar was held up with some cardboard paper behind it.
Also, the sliding door in the living room did not lock. We found some wood in the closet and secured it that way.
The Patio furniture was not very clean either but we used it and enjoyed the balcony very much.
It could been a little cheaper considering the condition but we made it work. That would help with the value for the money.
