N16-Spacey, modern family flat for 5

A localização é muito boa. O apartamento fico próximo a uma estação de metro. Fácil de se locomover. O apartamento tem cozinha bem equipada, que fica junto à sala de jantar e sala de estar. Espaço amplo.

Fabulous apartment. Extremely clean and furnished with everything you may need. Very spacious and comfortable. Beds comfortable and a complimentary bottle of wine and milk in the fridge was a really lovely touch. Close to all the transport you may need and within walking distance of the city centre. Many restaurants and shops nearby.

The entrance to the building was not very appealing. And the stairs and hallways to the apartment could be better. Instructions for self entry were not correct. Getting in the front door was easy but there was nothing in the entry key box to open the interior gate. Another resident let us through and we found the key fob for the gate in the lock box with the apartment keys.

Upon check-in, it was impossible to access the apartment for an extended period of time. I was given about 10 different code options and 3 keysafes.There were two numbers on the apartment door — 14 and 16. It felt like a real quest. The keysafes were located on different floors. I was not informed at all about the second metal gate at the entrance to the courtyard, so I had to wait for someone to open it for me.Despite being promised that someone would meet me at 3 p.m., no one ever showed up. Despite my requests for assistance, I was given a phone number to call. I called six times, but the person on the other end spoke only Hungarian. I can recommend this apartment only to those who want to boost their adrenaline levels, travel without luggage, and check in during daylight hours. There’s a high chance of making a mistake while entering the numerous codes, as the lighting is poor and one of the key boxes is located very high up — you need to be at least 180 cm tall to reach it. I broke my nails while trying all the code combinations. Unfortunately, there were no nail scissors in the apartment. :(

The Apartment itself was ok but the surrounding lobby , stairwells, landings and entrance was disgraceful with broken floor tiles , trip hazards, metal trims blocking staircases and overflowing refuge bins blocking means of escape and a notable fire hazard. The Main lobby entrance door had a broken glass panel and encased in scaffolding , builders materials and graffiti.

Outside the Apartment represented a shithole.
