Good for short business stay near the airport.

The location is just a few meters from the Metro station.

Would have been nice to have a coffee machine in the share kitchen hall.

Great choice for Solo traveler (rooms fits 1 person only)

The room can fit 1 person....if you are looking for a cheap price but good in quality place, then this is your place to go! The hotel is located in a very "calm" area - well, it's actually a local neighbourhood, which is very quiet and nice area. Near by the hotel, there is a big supermarket (2 min walk), which is behind a mosque. Staff are very helpful and always there to assist you.

The idea of having "shared bathrooms" is actually something new to this part of the world. If you are ok with that...then go ahead....if not, then just remember how much you are paying for what you are getting.

Attitude from staff lady was very rude after 14 hour flight i laid down on sofa only to be told cant lay down untill room is ready. Said it was policy when asked for manager phone said doesn't have it email no aswell. Rooms are just a room bed toilets shared

It's one of the good places to rent in Dubai for that price, the staff were kind and helpful, place small but just enough, I liked the garden and how calm it's. The villa is around 300m from the metro station. I do recommend staying in it.

One minor thing that bothered me is that the roof doesn't block light from the floor on the top so even if you turn off the light the room doesn't get 100%. Also, The pictures show that the property has a jaccuzi but in reality there's not (or at least I didn't see them in the 4 places I got access to). The showers are Italian showers not jacuzzis.

I just needed an overnight stay to connect at terminal 2. This was a cheap option, and it delivered.

The location is within walking distance of Terminal 2 Dubai airport. It is not close to Terminals 1,3, which are diagonally opposite to Terminal 2. The air conditioning worked; the bed was OK. The price was right!

Be aware that the bathroom is shared. If you are connecting to Terminal 1,3, you need a taxi.

Great affordable and convenient

A really good for how much you pay. It’s a bit far from the city, but right next to the metro so convenient to get into the city. The place is clean.

It gets a bit noisy from the other residents when their alarm is going off or they are loud and on a phone call in some crazy hours. But that it not a property problem just actions of people.

There is free overnight RTA parking (10pm-8am) right next to the mosque in front of the property. But the host told me street parking is only for residence and there is not RTA parking. He ended up charging me 15AED for parking inside the property.

Stayed for more than a month, and will definitely come back.

Staff are friendly and professional. Rooms are very clean. Bed is very comfy. Washrooms are very clean. Very close to bus and metro station. 2min walking distance from 24h hypermarket. 4min walking from a lot of restaurants. Price is very convenient. Worth every penny

Good place, must visit.

The place is very well maintained, clean and attended to. Great linen, bed, with fridge, table and wardrobe in the room. Nice common area as lobby for eating or casual hangout. Vending machine, Coffee Machine among other things available in the Lobby for that urge to munch or sip something at odd hours. Great thought! Very courteous staff and a quiet place.

The description of facilities is a bit mischievious. The toilets and baths are shared and gets a mention in the third line of "Facilities" which can be missed. Such shared facilities should ideally be highlighted upfront. The room cleaning is not daily or even alternate days and unfortunately didn't happen even in 3 days, though I requested on the second day and was reassured affirmatively.

Comfortable and enjoyable. Kind staff who want to help.

The staff were very accommodating and I enjoyed my stay. The facilities were clean and it was easy to be a solo traveler there (with a small mini fridge in the room and a separate portable ac in the room as well). The location is good - close to the metro and two supermarkets (Coop and Lulu) and a internet/printing shop across the street. I have stayed in a lot of places and this one seems to get the balance right between privacy of your own room, with a clean well maintained place. I hope the quality doesn't go down or it doesn't get overbooked, because I plan to return! they sent me pics of the location which helped finding it from the metro station (i think they should add those pics to the booking.com site)

The room is quite small, but that's okay, if you get a lower price as a result. Other guests staying there aren't always very social and in the dinning hall, you feel like you are interrupting them from their work! Although they have few different networks to connect to, wifi was not the best - if you want to make calls using viber/skype etc.

离地铁站很近、价格合理、住宿单间、公共活动区域院落非常大（会客厅、餐厅都），还有停车位10多个。前台姑娘们都挺友善。过马路就是非常大的超市，可以解决吃饭问题！
