The apartment is clean, comfortable, and very suitable for families. The location is excellent, directly opposite Sahara Mall and close to Al Ittihad (Stadium) Metro Station, with easy access to the Dubai bus stop, which makes transportation very convenient.
The area is quiet, safe, and family-friendly. The apartment is well-furnished and provides all basic amenities for a comfortable short or long stay. The lighting and ventilation are very good, and the space is ideal for family accommodation.

L’immeuble se situe à proximité des commerces et des lignes de bus
Il y a une machine à laver dans la cuisine
J’avais réservé une chambre double économique avec salle de bain privative, c’était écrit 45m2 sur l’annonce en réalité c’est plutôt 10m2 et la salle de bain qui est attribuée à la chambre se situe dans le couloir
Pas de meubles pour ranger ses vêtements
