Très bonne situation proche du marais Poitevin,le château est un bel établissement

La superficie du lieu, l’espace extérieur (jardin clos), la disponibilité du propriétaire.
Peu de décoration, l’espace spa n’est pas exactement comme sur les photos (propreté de la piscine et jets qui ne fonctionnent pas), les véhicules ne peuvent pas rentrer à l’intérieur.

Endroit calme et reposant, avec un équipement sportif sympathique (tennis et tennis de table, jacuzzi).
Un mobilier plus « vieillot » que celui présenté sur les photos et notamment sur les parties sanitaires (douche avec un tuyau d’eau qui se pince, wc du bas avec le bouton d’alimentation qui se bloque), piscine en dis fonctionnement).

Good amount of outside space and spacing of the bedrooms. Attractive building and grounds.
Needs to be better equipped for large groups and more attention to detail (plastic tables and chairs outside). You get the bare minimum in bedrooms with many having no side tables or adequate window coverings. Location is very quiet, but quite isolated as no shops/restaurants in the local village.
