L’accueil et l’équipe de Nila était super, Nila était très réactive et joignable via WhatsApp. La maison est grande et bien équipée.

L’emplacement de la Villa est un peu isolée, nous sommes obligés d’utiliser un Grab à chaque fois. Ce qui permet d’être au calme.

Tolles Personal, sehr Aufmerksam, super tolles Frühstück, Nila hat uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt, war immer ansprechbar und war sehr entscheidend bei unserem Wohlgefühl Urlaub in der Villa Leya👌🙏👍🏻

Exceptional service provided all throughout our stay! The villa itself is beautiful and is as per the photos advertised but it was the level of service that stood out the most for myself and my young family. We want to say a special thanks to our villa host, Nila and her team. They made us feel comfortable and 'at home' from the moment of check in. We have booked many villas in the past but this villa has stood out the most. It was almost like a hotel style concierge where Nila was available 24/7. The villa was very well cleaned daily and fresh towels were provided each day. Full kitchen and bathroom facilities were also available for self catering use. We decided to also make use of both the catering and massage services which are available to book via the concierge. The catering was amazing. We had breakfast made by Nila and her team, as well as a dinner made by outsourced chefs. Both meals were delicious 👌🏼. I want to also mention our masseuse, Bittu (sorry if I got your name wrong!). Wow, she was good!!!!! I would definitely recommend you request her if interested in any massage. My back has never felt so good!! All in all, a 5* experience from us. I will definitely be booking via BaliSuperHost again should we ever return to Bali. Xxx
